How It Started

Play Music on the Porch Day SJB was inspired by the national Porchfest movement — a grassroots celebration where neighborhoods transform their front porches into intimate stages for one magical day.
In San Juan Bautista, that idea found a perfect home. This small town has always had an outsized musical identity, from its Mission roots to its thriving community of local performers.
